Benjamin Montemayor, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Montemayor has 20 years of experience in investment, commercial and development banking and 15 years experience in microfinance.  He has held senior management positions in major commercial banks in the Philippines including serving as Executive Vice-President of RPB Venture Capital, Senior Vice-President of Republic Planters Bank, Assistant Vice-President of Philippines National Bank, and Manager of National Investment & Development Corporation. He was Executive Director and CEO of TSPI Development Corporation, the biggest partner of Opportunity International.  He moved to the US in 2000 and worked as Regional Director for Asia, Vice President and Head of the Banking Task Force of Opportunity International. He holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of the Philippines and BA (Econ) and advanced studies in economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. He is a recipient of the Benigno Aquino award for excellence in microfinance development.

,James Barnes, Chief Finance Officer.
Mr. Barnes has some 30 years commercial experience living and working in all regions of Sub-Saharan Africa. He has operated as Financial Director/Managing Director in Southern Africa (Botswana, S. Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, and Angola) in West Africa (Ghana, Gambia, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone) and in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi). His past companies have included DHL, Exel Logistics, Lonrho, Mutende International, Manica de Mozambique and Engen. He holds a BA (Hons) degree from Leeds University, an MBA (Hons) from Cape Town University and is a qualified accountant FCMA. He has also carried out consulting assignments for USAID, EC, and UNIDO Vienna.

Ernest Boateng, Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Boateng held the position of Director with MasterCard International with responsibility for international business development initiatives in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Before assuming the role of a Director at MasterCard, he served as an expatriate Resident Vice President with Citigroup/Citibank in various countries including United Kingdom, Mexico, Hong Kong, and South Africa where he managed the corporate finance and investment banking business in over 16 countries. Mr. Boateng’s extensive financial services experiences also include officer level positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, Deutsche Bank and HSBC. Mr. Boateng holds an MBA in Finance and International Management Strategies from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Dartmouth College, USA.
